Your dining experience with Plaza III begins the moment you walk through our doors.

Four brass, wood, brick, & leather decorated dining rooms, two bars, and seasonal patio seating make this the place to be seen. Mid-western hospitality and corn-fed USDA Prime beef help to create an elegant but casual dining atmosphere great for business lunches, cocktails before the game, special occasions, and family get-togethers.

Our meat is corn-fed, custom-selected at our own meat company by experts and then wet aged in specially-designed, temperature-controlled lockers for 21-28 days to develop maximum tenderness and extraordinary flavor. Our meats are flown overnight to Boston directly from Kansas City.
